So the Olympics are well underway and already Britain are getting onto the medal charts. Their goal of 40 medals in these Olympics is still obviously achievable but it is going to be difficult. It was the cycling that got them onto the board first with Nicole Cooke’s superb Gold medal in the Woman’s road race. Then in the early hours of this morning they trebled their intake of medals with a Gold and a Bronze in the swimming pool. Things look good going into this weeks action, especially when the track cycling gets underway — an area the Brits are expected to do well in. MORE »
