To put it simply, I am an part-time Sports blogger and full-time Sports fan.

I was born and raised in Northern Ireland for 26-years before upping sticks and immigrating to Toronto, Canada in August ‘08. Along with writing about and watching sports I also like to take part. I cycle big miles over the summer months and kick a little Football (real Football, not the American stuff) and in the winters grind it out in the gym and play a little Hockey on the pond.

The bulk of my writing work can be found on my sports blog at www.prbsports.com were I write on an almost daily basis on the world of sport as well as at www.propershapedballs.com where I keep a fanzine/webzine on Toronto FC of which I am a season ticket holder. This site is mainly for writing little bits and pieces about life and things that tend fall outside the boundaries of sport.
